Team Training

Service Description

Team will have set workout days and times. Team trainings will consist of a team of athletes who will train together. Similar to collegiate styles of training methods teams will follow the five phases of training model which consiste of; Fitness component, Cardiovascular fitness, Skills development, Component/ simulation Training, and Recovery.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us a day before the session. If athlete or cleint is scheduled for a session and cant make it due to weathwer, sickness, or other emergency the session would then be rescheduled to the next best day. If for some odd circumstance the trainer or coach cant make a session due to unexpected cirumctances session will be rescheduled to the next best day for all included parties. If a reschedule cant be done a refund will then be issued.
